Edition 2 : Moments of Gratitude - Recent Highlights & Future Endeavours
Hello everyone,
I trust this message finds you well and in good spirits. It's been some time since our last update, and I'm delighted to reconnect through this newsletter.
I want to take a moment to thank each of you sincerely for your ongoing support and encouragement. Your steadfast backing has been a tremendous source of inspiration for me, both in my professional and personal endeavours.
I am very happy to share with you some recent highlights. I had the pleasure of joining my friend Rathna Rao Shekar on June 3rd, 2024 in a conversation about her book Listen to the House, an event that evoked the charm of old Hyderabad, its leisurely pace, and cherished friendships that have faded. The event took place at Hyderabad's newest venue, Quorum, Hyderabad.
I was delighted to return to Delhi to perform for the 9th Bharat Utsav on July 6, 2024 presented by Debadhara Delhi. I had the honor of performing at the prestigious C D Deshmukh Auditorium, India International Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
Seen below is a wonderful coverage of the Debadhara Festival, organized by Binayak Pandit ji. I am really humbled by his words.
It gave me great pleasure to perform at the Cultural Kaarva’N presented by Jashn-e-Adab on 4th August, 2024. The event took place at the DDE Auditorium MANNU, Hyderabad.
It rained Rangapraveshams at Natya Tarangini Hyderabad! A Rangapravesham is not just a performance; it is the culmination of years of dedication, rigorous practice, and the pursuit of excellence. It marks a dancer's transition from student to performer, embodying their passion and mastery of the art.
It made me proud to witness the culmination of over 10 years of hard work as they reached this important milestone. Anika Sowdari's Rangapravesham was a memorable start to this series of events on June 30th at Shilpakala Vedika, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Lalitha Reddy’s Rangapravesham followed on July 26th, and Minakshi Gantela’s on July 28th, both at Ravindra Bharathi Auditorium, Hyderabad. We also celebrated Kasu Akshitha Reddy’s performance on Wednesday, 17th August. Each of these events was a beautiful showcase of their love and dedication to dance!

Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting Rodrigo Caledron, the well-known theatre artist from El Salvador, based in Australia, who came to observe a class at Natya Tarangini Hyderabad. His insights into the principles of Meyerhold biomechanics and the Suzuki method of theatre were invaluable. It was a heartfelt exchange, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
We are now gearing up for Natya Tarangini Hyderabad's 17th Anniversary celebrations on 1st October. Keep following me for more updates.
Once again, thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Your support means the world to me, and I am truly grateful for each and every one of you.
Warm regards,
Yamini Reddy
